OK kids - break it up. Anyway, I'm l just looking to get further educated about leveraging SL in the B2B world: improving employee engagement; customer collaboration; sales training, etc. - thus my interest in possibly attending and hearing from those who are starting to see some successes in these areas. Will anyone from IBM, SUN, Dell, SAP, etc, be on hand and speaking? When will the details of the Business Track be posted?

Wait a minute .... who is that dashing Randy Moss? Is he the infamous football player famous for bad behavior and amazing TD catches? Or is that Randal Moss famous for nothing in particular? Wow I wonder what I could learn if I were to Goole Randal Moss? What a disclosure conundrum.

The number of folks that would have the least clue as to who I am if I were to use my RL name would drop from whatever it is now, let's say at least 100 folks on my "friends" list to maybe 5 folks that know my full RL name, and maybe 10 more that know my RL first name. Come to the convention, you'll see both names on my tag (some will do this some won't). There's nothing sneaky about it for me, other than avoiding (possible) anonymous (I'd think mostly unrelated to SL) net attention, just straight up mailbox spam.

I'd point out that your comment is not only under what I would guess is an alias (surf), but lacks a full SL name, much less an email or website link. That's a mite bit more sneaky, don't cha think? (and yes you're not an organizer, I'm just saying, we all have our reasons and rights when it comes to public disclosure, comfort levels as well)

Many of the folks listed above, if you were even to google them, you'll find a great deal about them available on the web, should you care to find out about them. Or, one might be truly radical and IM us!! Dunno what you'd want to know about us but, well, if you don't ask, you'll never find out, will ya?

;-D

There's definitely something -sneaky- about a conference organized by people who all use aliases.

Sorry. I do think the idea of a convention is great! But the coy insistence on SL names is unprofessional.

(Also the words "Contact us" don't mean "About us".)
