This year’s SLCC has taken the press by storm, so we wanted to give all attendees fair warning. In addition to others, several major television stations and news outlets will be sending crews to SLCC, including: 20/20, ABC News, C-Net, Wired, Discovery Channel, an many more. We have let all the news agencies know about our community standards, and to be respectful and check with anyone before including people in any reports. However, we wanted to give all attendees a respectful “heads up” that there will be major coverage of the event, including the Masquerade Ball.
On another topic, several people have asked me if they can modify the default “badge” template; by all means! Creativity is at the heart of SLCC. Here’s a link to the blank image; remember to print it at 300 dpi; it should be slightly less than 4″ x 3″ so it can fit in the plastic sleeves we provide:
