It is right at the start of hurricane season. Not to mention the further south you go that time of year the hotter it gets. Raleigh would be a better choice in my opinion, there is alot in that area plus people want to go to SLCC and have fun, I think in Tampa we would all just melt. No contractor on a job like that is going to be late as it will cost them everything based on the last set of contracts I saw for a place like that. Also there are a lot of hotels in the Raleigh area so it is not going to be a huge issue there. I would prefer Raleigh in the knowledge that weather aka Hurricanes should not be an issue.
